Here are some photos of O'fish'l team rider and go-to guy, Eric Simons. Recently he took a trip back to the east coast to visit his family, friends, and beaches. Upon arrival he was greeted with a small south swell which lit up the Mid-Atlantic beaches as well as the OBX of North Carolina.
The board he was pictured sliding on in these photos was shaped by former WRV shaper, Tommy Moore. Tommy Moore has been living in San Clemente, CA, for about four years now and is continuing to fine tune his already extraordinary shaping skills and board designs. This particular board was a 5'6" x 18 3/4" x 2 1/4" hybrid with the O'fish'l TC carbon fin template. This board, as seen in the photo, takes a bit of the fish/rocket nose and shortboard tail to make what I like to call a "hybrid", easy to paddle and catch waves, but performs like your favorite shortboard!
If you would like T.Moore to build a board for YOU, send him an email, tmooreshapes@gmail.com
